By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner has challenged the order dated 22.02.2022 communicated to respondent no.6 on 25.05.2025 merely on an apprehension that recovery now will be pursued pursuant to order of the Court. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that there have been no such order for recovery. Petition is premature at this stage. 4. In view of the above, I consider it now to be not an appropriate stage to interfere in the matter. 5. Liberty rest with the petitioner to challenge the recovery order in respect of the surcharge pursuant to the report dated 27.02.2021 in the event it is passed against him. 6.
