Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Collector Jhansi (respondent no.3) to decide the pending appeal dated 20.01.2023 of the petitioner." 3. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case petitioner's appeal is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period and in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the concerned appellate authority to look into and consider the appeal of the petitioner dated 20.01.2023 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
