By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for adding the previous service rendered by the petitioner in Central Reserve Police Force for more than seven years to be counted towards police service currently being pursued by the petitioner. Sri Ajay Kumar Gautam, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.- 1 & 3 states that petitioner's claim has already been rejected by U.P. Police, Training Centre under its order dated 21st April, 2018 and hence petitioner cannot claim for consideration afresh unless and until the said order is put to challenge.
