By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial relief: "(I). Issue a writ order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing to the Respondent No.3 to make the payment of the arrears of the salary to the petitioner for the suspension period from 01.09.2018 to 02.03.2022 as early as possible within stipulated period." Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in above regard petitioner has already approached the authority concerned for consideration of his claim by means of a representation dated 28th August, 2024 which has remained pending till date. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period.
