By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial relief: "(I). Issue a writ of mandamus to respondents to pay the amount as per entries in G.P.F. Passbook No. MEDU48396 and other amount payable to petitioner within stipulated period." Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in above regard petitioner has already approached the authority concerned for consideration of his claim by means of a representation dated 26th April, 2025 which has remained pending till date. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period.
