By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial relief: "(I). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus direct the respondent no. 3 to consider and decide the application of the petitioner dated 12.06.2025 and 28.06.2025 made for voluntary retirement and for payment of salary at enhance grade pay as per circular of state government dated 12.03.2025." Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in above regard petitioner has already approached the authority concerned for consideration of his claim by means of a representation/ application dated 12.06.2025 and 28.06.2025 which has remained pending till date.
