By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for expeditious disposal of the revision pending before the respondent No.- 1 since 30th December, 2022 within stipulated period. Learned Standing Counsel submits that appropriate direction can be issued to the authority concerned to dispose of the pending revision of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.- 1 to consider and decide the pending revision of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law and decide the aforesaid pending revision within a period of 2 months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
