By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the impugned notice dated 19th July, 2025, whereby he has been directed to vacate the official accommodation at Bulandshahar with a further notice for imposition of penal rent. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was earlier transferred from Meerut to Bulandshahar but now he has stood transferred to Hapur, where there is no official accommodation available and hence it is difficult for the family of the police constable to manage the things once he vacates the official accommodation and hence he pleads that due to change circumstances he may be permitted to retain the official accommodation.
