By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed for a writ of certiorari for quashing of the order dated 16.12.2025 passed by respondent no.4. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that departmental appeal of the petitioner is pending before respondent no.3 which may be directed to be disposed of in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.3 to look into and consider the appeal of the petitioner 11.04.2025 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
