By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the transfer order dated 26.07.2025 on the ground of being in violation of transfer policy dated 6th May, 2025. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection to a direction being issued for disposal of representation of the petitioner in accordance with law. 4. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, while I decline to grant indulgence in the matter of transfer order I hereby provide that in the event petitioner makes a fresh representation pursuant to the transfer order dated 26.07.2025 within a period of two weeks from today and in the event if he does so, the competent authority namely, respondent Nos.-3/4 shall consider and dispose of the same by means of a reasoned and speaking order within a further period of four weeks. 5.
