And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Atul Kumar Dwivedi,Nanhe Lal Tripathi Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the transfer order dated 24.06.2025 against the petitioner (Annexure no. 1) passed by respondent no. 2." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his mother is old and ailing and as such he may not be transferred. It appears from the records that the petitioner has already represented the matter to the respondent no. 2 vide representation dated 23.07.2025 which is still pending consideration. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to look into and consider the grievance of the petitioner
