The submission advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner is that the respondents were not justified in directing for recovery for alleged mis- appropriation in public fund as per relevant provisions as the petitioner is a Government employee. 2. Matter requires consideration. 3. Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted four weeks' time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, shall be filed within two weeks thereafter. 4. List this case on 24.09.2025. 5. In the meanwhile and until further order of this Court the orders dated 13.02.2025 and 07.07.2025 passed by respondent nos.3 and 2 respectively shall remain stayed as against the petitioner. It is open for the respondents to proceed for disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner on the basis of preliminary fact finding enquiry report provided t
