By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the transfer order dated 15th June, 2025 on the ground of being in violation of transfer policy dated 6th May, 2025. 4. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2025 is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period and in accordance with law.
