It is argued that marks obtained by the petitioner in the written examination has not yet been declared under the Civil Police Constable Recruitment Examination-2023. 3. Learned Standing counsel for the State submits that as per Rule marks of the examination shall be declared only after the selection procedure has finally taken place. 4. In the given facts and circumstances, I dispose of this petition with direction to the petitioner to make representation for disclosure of marks before the competent authority, namely, respondent no.2 within a period of two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order, the same shall be decided within a further period of four weeks. 5.
