By means of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus to command the respondent-Commission to consider the petitioner's candidature for appointment on the post of Lekhpal vide advertisement no.01-Examination/2022. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner scored 77.50 marks more than the last cut off marks of 70.75 marks in respect of the candidates who were called for document verification and yet the petitioner's candidature has not been considered.
