By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus to command the respondents concerned to allot correct marks to the petitioner for the answers he opted in the multiple choice question test held in the Civil Police Constable Examination, 2023. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner ought to have approached the Court after the model answer key was published and petitioner's answer opted to the question was found to be incorrect as final answer key was prepared after deciding various objections raised by the different candidates by a Board of Experts. Even select list has been declared on 13.03.2025 and in such circumstances therefor
