By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the transfer order dated 25.07.2025 on the ground that petitioner's spouse is currently posted at Fatehpur. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that couple have three year old twins and it is very difficult to care of those babies as the petitioner's wife is posted at Fatehpur whereas, petitioner has got transferred to Agra under the order impugned. It is further contended that earlier on the ground of spouse being closed to each other in terms of posting, the wife of the petitioner came to be posted from Pratapgarh to Fatehpur but now since the petitioner has been transferred, the earlier transfer order in respect of his wife would get frustrated.
