By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the order dated 22.05.2025 whereby he has been given notice to vacate the official accommodation and further recovery of Rs.3,84,061.32/- as rent. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner though he is residing in official accommodation his house rent allowance has continuously been deducted. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner has been issued with notice, he may submit reply. 5.
