By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the order of transfer dated 20.06.2025 on the ground that his wife is working at Ghaziabad. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the contrary submits that the petitioner's wife is working at District Court and therefore, she will remain posted at one station for her entire career and it is not possible for the petitioner to remain at one station. However, he is not averse to the direction to be issued for disposal of the pending representation of the petitioner. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.3 to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 13.06.2025 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of c
