By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the transfer order dated 15.06.2025 and plea taken for challenging the same is that only two years to go in his retirement and relevant transfer policy issued by the State Government dated 6th May, 2025 provides for consideration of such request of employee who has only two years in his retirement, to be posted in nearby station to home town. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner home district is Agra, and therefore, he should be posted against available vacancies either to any block of Jhansi or nearby District Agra. On the contrary, learned Standing Counsel submits that it is a general order of transfer and this Court should not interfere in such order of transfer which have been made in public interest as
