By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution petitioner has assailed the order dated 10.09.2024on the ground of prolonged enquiry. 3. It is contended that petitioner was served with the charge sheet on 10.10.2024 to which he has submitted detailed reply on 12.11.2024 and even thereafter the domestic enquiry was held and report was submitted in the month of March, 2025 but thereafter nothing further progressed in the disciplinary proceedings. 4. In the given facts and circumstances, I consider it appropriate at this stage to dispose of this petition with a direction to the respondent No. 2 to conclude the disciplinary proceedings drawn against the petitioner pursuant to the charge sheet dated 10.10.2024 within the next two months' time from the production of certified copy of this order strictly following
