Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following relief: "(a) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to give promotion to the petitioner on the basis of her seniority from the post of Staff Nurse to the post of Nursing Sister at an early date, in accordance with law. " 3. It is submitted that in the above regard petitioner has approached the authority by making representation on 13.06.2025 but no order has been passed thereupon. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event representation of petitioner is directed to be disposed of by the respondent in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above this petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no. 2 to consider and disposed of the pending representation
