By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has questioned the order of suspension dated 04.11.2024 passed against him for his implication in a criminal case being Case Crime No. 0222 of 2024 under Section 3(5), 109 110, 115(2), 351(3), 352 BNS and his by police in jail. 4.It is contended that later on petitioner has been released on bail on 17.04.2025 and is now facing trial, however, since he was placed under suspension only for the reason that he was detained in jail, respondents are likely should their decision to continue the petitioner under suspension. 5.
