Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. 1.Heard Ms. Sakshi Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. 2. The only grievance of petitioner is that he was transferred by order dated 24.5.2022 from District Ghaziabad to Gautam Buddha Nagar but till date he has not been relieved so as to join at the place where he had been transferred. 3. In the facts and circumstances, I do not find any reason to keep this matter pending, and, accordingly, I dispose of this writ petition with the direction that in case the transfer order of petitioner has not been modified, revoked, stayed or deferred by any competent authority in exercise of power vested in it, the relieving authority shall forthwith relieve the petitioner without any further delay, and, in any case, within two days from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
