A copy of the instruction is also supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Court itself. 3. From the perusal of the instruction it transpires that chargesheet has been served upon the petitioner very recently on 15th July, 2025 and it is also admitted by the petitioner. 4. In the circumstances, therefore, I consider it appropriate not to interfere with the attachment order rather to issue directions for disposal of the disciplinary proceedings in accordance with law. However, I am also of this view that since petitioner is under suspension, he should not remain under suspension for a prolonged period for pending enquiry and hence I proceed to pass following order: (a). Petitioner shall first reply to the chargesheet within a period of four weeks. (b). If petitioner submits reply as directed hereinabove, the departmental inquiry shall be brought
