By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the transfer order dated 15th June, 2025 on the ground of being in violation of transfer policy dated 6th May, 2025. Learned Standing Counsel, on the contrary, submits that petitioner has already stood relieved pursuant to the order dated 15th June, 2025 on 17th June, 2025, however, he is not averse to the representation being directed to be considered and disposed of in accordance with law and in terms of the provisions contained in transfer policy, may be in a time bound period as may be fixed by this Court. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, while I decline to grant indulgence in the matter of transfer order, I hereby provide that in the event petitioner makes a fresh representation pursuant to the transfer order dated 15th June, 2025
