This petition is directed against order dated 18.12.2024 passed in Original Application No. 1454 of 2017 whereby the Original Application filed by the respondent has been allowed and the orders impugned before the Tribunal dated 21.01.2016, 08.07.2016 and 07.06.2017 whereby the respondent was visited with penalty, his appeal was dismissed and his revision was partly allowed, were quashed and the appellants were directed to restore the original pay scale with all consequential benefits. 2.
