Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. The petitioner before this Court is an applicant for the post of Constable (Civil Police) Direct Recruitment - 2023. Petitioner qualified physical eligibility test but ultimately was declared medically unfit due to defect in ear and hence in both medical and review medical petitioner got declared unfit for these above reasons. The petitioner now has approached this Court for granting one more opportunity to undergo medical examination afresh as according to him in the medical examination report that petitioner got done in Hindi Rao Hospital, Malka Ganj, Delhi and also in District M.M.G. Hospital, Ghaziabad, independently, petitioner was found medically fit.
