After some arguments learned counsel for petitioner submits that since petitioner has not been given reasons for rejection in the medical examination conducted by the petitioner in which he has been declared medically unfit, therefore, it is submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to approach the authority with an application to communicate the reason for declaring him medically unfit. 2. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the above prayer. 3. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to approach the competent respondent authority filing an application/representation regarding his grievance within two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order and if he does so, the competent respondent authority shall communicate him in writing the reason for declaring him medically unfit within a further period of two week
