By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has questioned the transfer order dated 15.06.2025 on the ground that he has only six months to go in his retirement, inasmuch as petitioner is suffering from fatal disease of cancer and hence on medical ground also he deserves to be stayed where he is working. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that petitioner has been transferred against the transfer policy dated 06.05.2025. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that pursuant to the order of transfer petitioner has been relieved however he is not averse to that petitioner being directed to make representation afresh before the competent authority concerned who may be directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law. 5.
