By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed before this Court for consideration of his representation for request of transfer at the place where his wife is working in the light of the provisions contained in the transfer policy as per which as far as both the spouses should have been given same place of posting. He has taken plea of the judgment of this Court passed in Writ A No.9383 of 2025 (Mohanveer (Sub-Inspector) Pno No.172240121 v. The State of U.P. and another) on 11.07.2025. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the contrary submits that the petitioner is seeking benefit of clause meant for spouses to be posted at same station whereas his wife is working as Assistant Teacher in the school run by Basic Education Board and hence is not a Government
