Petitioner who is working as Computer Operator with the forest department has come up with a claim for payment of Rs.18000/- as is being paid to the daily wagers employee of the Forest Department in the light of the judgment passed by this Court in the case of State of U.P. and others v. Putti Lal:(2006) 9 SCC 337. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner is not working at Group D post as daily wager and has been engaged through outsourcing agency. 4. Be that as it may, since the petitioner wants enhancement of contract, he should approach the respondent no.2 through outsourcing agency and in the event he approaches through outsourcing agency raising grievance for enhancement of the contract that may be considered and disposed of by the competent authority within a maximum period of two months of production of certified copy of this order. 5.
