Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the competent authorities/respondents to decide the representation dated 25.4.2016 and 16.5.2016 and 13.11.2020 and 25.04.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard he has already represented the matter before the competent authority which is pending consideration till date. 4.
