By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has questioned the transfer order dated 30.05.2025 for personal difficulty as well in violation of transfer policy fraudulent in department concerned. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard he has already represented the matter before the competent authority on 24.07.2025 which is pending consideration till date. 4. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period and in accordance with law. 5.
