Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the attachment of the other two Gram Panchayat could not have been withdrawn from the petitioner before obtaining prior approval from the District Magistrate. Learned counsel has not been able to place any relevant Rules or Regulations which require such approval. 3. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period and in accordance with law provided petitioner makes a fresh representation. 4.
