Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent authority to take into consideration the service period spent by the petitioners, while undergoing training before they were appointed as constables for calculating the service and providing the training period increment and one additional increment after 19 years satisfactory service in pursuant to the Government Orders 2/12/2000 and 21/07/2011 and also pay the arrears of it and revised the pay pension." 4.
