By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner wants a direction to the concerned respondent no.2 to decide his representation dated 09.04.2025 in which he has prayed for transfer to Commissionerate, Gautam Buddh Nagar or any other district of Meerut as he has only 17 months to go for his retirement. 3. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period and in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent nos.3 to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 09.04.2025 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks as per relevant transfer policy from the date of production of certified
