The petitioner working on contract basis is aggrieved by the order dated 25.02.2025, whereby he has been transferred from Development Block, Dhandaus to Development Block, Tappal. 3. It is submitted that the controversy involved in the present writ petition is no more res integra as in a writ petition being Writ-A No.1961 of 2025 (Manjula Rai Vs. State of U.P. & 3 others), this Court has dealt with the same issue. 4. Learned Standing Counsel could not dispute the aforesaid legal proposition. 5. In view of above, this petition is also allowed in terms of the order passed by this Court in Writ-A No.1961 of 2025 (Manjula Rai Vs. State of U.P. & 3 others). Accordingly, the impugned order dated 25.02.2025 annexed as Annxure-1 to this writ petition is hereby quashed. The petitioner will continue at the place where she was given contract em
