By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner has sought writ of certiorari to quash the final result published by the U.P. Subordinate Services Selection Commission dated 02.07.2025 in respect of post of Mukhya Sevika. 3. It is argued on behalf of the petitioner that since the advertisement itself provided for amendment in application form by 31.08.2022 pursuant to the Advertisement No.2 of 2022 issued in respect of post in question the petitioner's EWS certificate obtained by him on 29.08.2022 ought to be considered to be valid one within the time limit prescribed in the advertisement. He has further argued that the petitioner was already having EWS certificate on 11.08.2021 for the financial year 2020-21 and
