By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus to consider the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment on the post of Sub-Inspector in Civil Police pursuant to the advertisement issued for recruitment of the year 2021-2022. 3 It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that respondents at the time of disposal of objections to the question and answer asked in the written examination found three questions to be incorrect therefore taking together total 160 questions in the question booklet the marks should have been awarded in terms of the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Pawan Kumar Agharari Vs.
