Learned counsel for the respondent Sri Pramod Kumar Singh, states that the petitioner has alternate efficacious remedy to approach the Armed Forces Tribunal. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the above submission. 5. In view of the above, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter. 6. Liberty rest with the petitioner to apply before the Armed Force Tribunal, if so advised. 7. Subject to aforesaid liberty, this petition is consigned to records.
