By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial relief: "(I). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent No.- 2 to release the difference of salary of petitioner from 11.09.2020 to 02.03.2021 (period of suspension) es early as possible." Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in above regard petitioner has already approached the authority concerned for consideration of his claim by means of a representation dated 4th February, 2025 which has remained pending till date. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period. In view of the above this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.- 2
