By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for enhancement of maintenance which has already been awarded by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Mirzapur under the order dated 13th June, 2024 in Criminal Misc. Case No. 537 of 2020 under Section 125 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. In the considered view of the Court, the petitioner can still challenge this order by way of family court appeal, if so advised, as it is a final decision taken by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Mirzapur. In view of the above, I consigned this petition to records with liberty to the petitioner to apply before the appropriate forum. Certified copy of the order passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Mirzapur dated 13th June, 2024 shall be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner after retaining photocopy thereof on rec
