And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ganesh Mani,Jalaj Kumar Tripathi Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial relief: "(I). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No. 2 to disburse the Petitioner's due retirement benefit of leave encashment for 300 days of earned leave without further delay." Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in above regard petitioner has already approached the authority concerned for consideration of his claim by means of a representation dated 8th July, 2024 which has remained pending till date. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period. In view of the above this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.- 2 to look into
