And 5 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Arvind Kumar Tiwari Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the transfer order dated 14th June, 2025 on the ground of being in violation of transfer policy dated 6th May, 2025. Learned Standing Counsel, on the contrary, submits that petitioner has already stood relieved pursuant to the order dated 14th June,, 2025 on 16th June, 2025, however, he is not averse to a direction being issued for disposal of representation of the petitioner in accordance with law. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, while I decline to grant indulgence in the matter of transfer order I hereby provide that in the event petitioner makes a fresh representation pursuant to the transfer order dated 14th June, 2025 within a period of two weeks from today and in the event if he does so, the competent authority namely, respondent No.-
