By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial relief: "(a). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to respondent no. 3 to petitioners to continue the work as seasonal collection peon and considered the legal claim of the petitioners against the notification/ initiation/ commencement of appointment process against the vacant regular post of collection peon in district by given them to special performance by passing appointment order in accordance with law by speaking and reasoned order, in the end of justice so that justice may be done."
