In compliance of last order of this Court Sri Rahul Agrawal has obtained instructions and placed the same before the Court, which are taken on record, a copy of which is also supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Upon perusal of the instructions, it transpires that the District Level Committee met on 24th June, 2025 to review the work of the present petitioner and after reviewing the same came to conclude that petitioner did not deserve to be continued in service for the alleged non compliance of the directives issued to the petitioner time to time and he has not been taking interest in work. 4.
