Petitioner who was suspended on 19.02.2025 on account of his detention by police pursuant to the first information report being Case Crime No. 5001 of 2025 under Sections 12 and 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act and Section 61(2) of BNS Police Station Amroha Nagar District Amroha. 3. It was argued initially on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has been kept under suspension despite the fact that hed has been released on bail on 15.04.2025 and even till date there is no enquiry constituted against him. 4.
