By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioners have prayed for following substantial relief: "(I). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 4 to grant second Assured Career Progression (ACP) Scheme benefit to the petitioner's services from its due date 06.02.2025." Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in above regard petitioners have already approached the authority concerned for consideration of their claim by means of a representations dated 17th July, 2025 and 22nd July, 2025 which have remained pending till date. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioners' representations are directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period.
