By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner wants consideration of his application/ representation by respondent No.- 2 dated 17th May, 2025 regarding arrears of salary for the period petitioner had served as Seasonal Collection Amin. Learned Standing Counsel states that he has no objection in the event petitioner's representation dated 17th May, 2025 is directed to be decided in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.- 3, namely District Magistrate, Auraiya to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 17th May, 2025 strictly in accordance with law within a maximum period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
